Born in Riverton 30 April 1943 – passed away peacefully at home in Whanganui 12 October 2025.
Dearly loved husband of Nalda for 59 years.
Dearly loved Dad of Jan and Luke, Dennis and Lee, and Barry and Paula.
Loved and proud grandad of Marie and Erin, Finn, Anais and Evie, Conor, and Dylan and Isobel.
Loved brother of Anne and Alan Halba, Raewyn Fosbender (dec), Judith and Bruce Hamilton; Carl Payne (dec), Ruth Shaw (dec), Marian Calvert, and Graham Watkinson (dec), Norman (dec) and Lesley Payne.
Loved uncle of all his many nieces and nephews.
