Graeme passed away peacefully in Wanganui on 25th July 2025, aged 83.
Dearly loved husband of Helen. Beloved father of Antony, Jonathon and Nick, and father-in law of Emilie.
Adored grandad to Cody, Lewis and Tiki Rose.
Former husband of Novena and loved brother of Diana Schmid (Napier).
A private cremation has taken place.
A memorial gathering to honour Graeme will be held at a later date.

Hi Helen
I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of Graeme. I have been away overseas for some time and realized I hadn’t heard from him in awhile. I checked Facebook and then did a Google search to learn that he had died in July. I’m sorry to hear of your loss. As you will remember Graeme and I worked together way back in 1969 in data bank and he kept in touch with me from time to time. Just the odd phone call in a bit of a catch up on where life was at for both of us, thinking of you at the sad time and please pass on to his family my sincere sympathy if you are having a memorial service for him at some stage, could you let me know as I would very much like to be there?
