With much sadness we as a family announce the passing of Brendon on 13 December 2025 at Ruatiti, Raetihi aged 56 years.
Brendon was born in Raetihi to parents Margaret and Maurice Cole.
Brendon is survived by sons Mitchell, and Scott Cole, sisters Julie, and Linden and brother Ashley, nieces and nephews Benjamin, Kristen, Skyler, and Mario.
Brendon is remembered for his commitment to his beloved back country farm which he worked with his devoted wife, Trina.
He is also remembered for his continuous work ethic, resilience, self-reliance and resourcefulness.
Brendon’s soul is surrounded by his family and he will be remembered by all who knew him.
A private service was held for Brendon at Raetihi on 30 December 2025.
