Peacefully after a short illness.
Her 96 years of achievement were inspirational.
While doing so much she was always there to care for and love her family.
Dearly loved wife of the late Colin.
Loved and wonderful mum to Lynn and Arthur, Gerald and Denise, Marion and Ernie (dec), Margaret and Adrian, and Andrew.
Cherished and adored nana/nana Jessie to her 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
She will be missed and always remembered.
Thanks to the staff at Whanganui Hospital, Hospice Whanganui, and Jane Winstone for the considerate care given to Jessie.
In accordance with Jessie’s wishes a private interment will take place.
