Suddenly at home on Tuesday 6 January 2026, aged 70 years.
Loving husband of Marj.
Much loved father of Kala, Roman, Hugh and Lily-Rose, and cherished Poppa of Ally and Javahn.
Loved brother of Gary, and Errol. Beloved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
Jim will be resting at the Church until his Service.
Friends are invited to attend a celebration Jim’s life in the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church, 52–56 Cornfoot Street, Whanganui, on Friday 9 January 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to be followed by interment at Aramoho Cemetery.

i am so sorry for your loss jim was a true bushman and all round genuine good bloke he had a big heart and a kind way. i am sorry i could not attend his service but i will always remember him in my prayers. may you rest in peace jim
